Mixing solids into liquid

We explain how to mix solids into liquid with our mixers in one of our case studies. This case study is about mixing peanut butter with solids.

The peanut butter comes from the upstream shelling, roasting, grinding and blanching process. The solid ingredients are fed into the INDAG mixer via a weight feeder. Two or more solid streams can be installed simultaneously. Typical solids for this mixing application are: Salt, cocoa powder, nut pieces, chocolate pieces, crunchy flakes and many more. There are almost no limits to the recipes.

You can download the complete case study here.
