Guiding principles

We see ourselves as an independent, medium-sized enterprise with the following guiding principles:

1. All our activities are focused on our customers, or respectively, the end consumer. Our customers have a right to dependability and, above all else, uncompromisingly high quality.

3. We have the greatest trust in our employees, in particular, in regards to their expertise and enthusiasm in performing their tasks. We endeavour to create an atmosphere in which the work is more than just a way to earn the “daily bread”.
