The INDAG laboratory and pilot plant mixer, type DLM/S 007 Mini, is used for the effective mixing, emulsifying, dispersing, and foaming of various liquids and liquids with gases. This mixer is specifically designed for laboratory and pilot plant applications. It is designed for experimental applications with interchangeable mixing elements. The shape or spacing of the mixing elements can be changed, allowing the INDAG DLM/S, DLM/M, or DLM/P mixers to be simulated in a single unit. The residence time is adjustable by varying the number of mixing elements. The rotational speed, and thus the shear force input, can be adjusted via a frequency converter. The parameters for production mixers can then be derived from the experimental results obtained. The DLM/S 007 is available in a hygienic version and a high-pressure version. The mixer is designed for experimental applications and is available in a high-pressure version.

Technology of the DLM/S 007 Mini
The INDAG laboratory and pilot plant mixer is available in two completely different versions. One is a high-pressure and high-temperature version (max. 100 bar; 360°C) for mixing polymer melts, adhesives or silicone polymers, for example. The far more common version is a hygienic version, which is used in the food sector as well as in the chemical sector. This is approved as standard up to 150°C and 16bar(g).
We offer interchangeable mixing elements for this mixer in order to be able to implement a wide range of mixing applications. The axial distance can also be variably adjusted using spacer rings. The additional option of variably setting the number of mixing stages makes this a very flexible, individually adjustable machine. The mixing energy is transferred to the product very efficiently. The stator can be designed to be cooled/heated. The DLM/S 007 Mini is available in a bearing block design (LB). This design is also suitable for mixing under high pressure or high temperature. The type of rotor seal is selected to suit each application. INDAG offers the appropriate locking system to supply the double-acting mechanical seal; the threaded shaft seal does not require an additional supply unit. INDAG mixers are also manufactured for potentially explosive areas and substances (ATEX).
