On-Site Trial Runs at INDAG in January

Throughout January, INDAG is conducting extensive on-site trial runs, supporting customer projects and the development of new inline mixing and processing solutions.

January at INDAG is dedicated to trial runs and process testing. Over the coming days, a wide range of in-house tests will be carried out, both for customer-specific applications and for the development of new inline processes.

The trials cover a broad spectrum of mixing and processing applications, including water and flour for various dough and batter types, continuous single-pass mixing of water with starch, chocolate processing with shearing and heating, quark aeration, shearing and fruit mixing, the destruction of agglomerates in batter through homogenization, as well as white paint with additives.

Depending on the specific application requirements, different INDAG dynamic inline mixers are used during the trials, including the Solid-Liquid inline mixer type DLM/FS, the Intensive Inline Mixer type DLM/S, and the Inline Homogenizer type DLM/H.
