In a two-stage mixing process, the incoming materials are first mixed quickly, intensively and homogeneously with our Intensive Inline Mixer (DLM/S), and then kept in motion during the reaction in a downstream mixer, a Dynamic Inline Mixer (DLM/P). This pre-reacted mixture is then processed further in a traditional twin-screw extruder.
